Our warranty protects your Stitch cookware against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the entire warranty period. If an issue arises, we’ll repair or replace your item free of charge. Cook with confidence knowing your tools are built, and backed, to last.

Make a claim
Our guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or lost and stolen items.
Your Stitch cookware must be purchased directly from us and returned for evaluation. Shipping charges may apply.
